Pallet Placement

Our pallet dispensers accurately place the pallet onto the load-building conveyor. Available in a variety of types, our dispensers ensure correct load position on the pallet.

We offer three categories of pallet dispensers:

Stripper-Style with Pallet Hopper

In the hopper, pallets rest on two pads elevated slightly above two chains, which pushes the pallets through the front opening

Lift & Separate with Pallet Hopper

Pallets in the hopper rest on a lift mechanism, which raises the stack to a holding mechanism, where the stack is held by the next-to-last pallet. The lifting mechanism then lowers the bottom pallet onto the chains or rollers and dispenses this single pallet into the palletizer.

Staging Pallet Dispenser

This staging pallet dispenser allows multiple stacks of pallets to be staged into the unit. Then a lifting mechanism easily conveys each stack into the pallet dispenser area.
