Columbia/Okura's robotic palletizers are capable of handling both cases and pails without the need to change out tooling.

Equipped with a versatile end effector, the robot uses a flexible vacuum-grip system to adapt to a variety of pail and case sizes. The palletizers' small footprint makes them easy to integrate into existing production areas where a single machine can handle up to four production lines simultaneously.

Like all Columbia/Okura robotic palletizers/ the units are energy-efficient and feature touch screen interfaces for user-friendly pattern programming and easy operation. They include built-in diagnostics and fewer moving parts to ensure reliability, low maintenance and reduced overall machine wear.
